Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
